Contact Animal Control WITHIN 48 HOURS. If the dog has a collar with a tag or an ID, LCAC may be able to find the owner quickly. If the dog does not show any signs of ownership, LCAC will take it to their kennels for holding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you see or have information on neglected or abused animals, please contact the numbers provided. Be their voice!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
